Being an Action Rewards cardholder entitles you to exclusive benefits and special Action Rewards promotions. Plus, if you earn sufficient loyalty points you'll move up the tiers – allowing you to enjoy the higher level of benefits these tiers bring.

Earn benefits every time you visit
To earn loyalty points, simply use your membership card when you Play (gaming machines and/or table games), Stay or Dine at SKYCITY Auckland.

Action tier benefits (0-1,249 base loyalty points)
As an Action member, you’re entitled to many SKYCITY benefits such as:

  • The ability to earn FREE car parking every time you visits SKYCITY*
  • 3 FREE hot beverages or cold drinks per day** from the on-floor vending machines, when you earn just one loyalty point from gaming
  • Turn your loyalty points into Cashback and Bonus Play Chips (between $5 to $50 per day)

Action Plus tier benefits (1,250 - 8,749 base loyalty points)
All the benefits of Action, plus the following:

  • 4 FREE hot beverages or cold drinks per day** from the on-floor vending machines
  • Turn your loyalty points into Cashback and Free Play Chips - between $5 to $100 per day ($50 more than Action).

Your Diamond tier benefits (8,750+ base loyalty points)
All the benefits of Action Plus, and more:

  • FREE car parking every time you visit 
  • A birthday gift! Choose between a $35 food and beverage voucher, or 3,500 loyalty points
  • The ability to earn a $5 food and beverage voucher  every time you visit  SKYCITY*
  • 5 FREE hot beverages or cold drinks per day** from the on-floor vending machines
  • Turn your loyalty points into Cashback and Free Play Chips  - up to $200 per day ($100 more than Action Plus)
  • Exclusive member phone line
  • A dedicated gaming room

*EARN 50 loyalty points or more from gaming in a single visit. A single visit begins when you use your card to game and ends six hours after your last gaming transaction.
