Once you have accumulated enough Action points you can redeem them for an exciting range of rewards.
Action Reward points earned from gaming machine play can be redeemed for Cashback, merchandise, food and beverage, parking and/or hotel accommodation.
Action Reward points earned from table game play can be redeemed for Bonus Play Chips*, food and beverage, parking and/or hotel accommodation.
Cashback
You can turn points earned from gaming machine play into cash with Cashback. You get $5 back for every 500 Action points.
- Action Red can redeem between $5 and $50 each day
- Action Plus can redeem between $5 and $100 each day
- Action Diamond can redeem between $5 and $200 each day
- Platinum, Platinum VIP and Pacific can enjoy unlimited Cashback every day.
Bonus Play Chips
Bonus Play Chips are SKYCITY's exciting new option for redeeming Action Rewards points that are earned 'exclusively' on table games. Bonus Play Chips replaced Cashback for table games points earned from 9am, 18 August 2009.
Members can use Bonus Play Chips when playing on the following table games at SKYCITY Auckland Casino:
- Baccarat
- Blackjack
- Roulette
- Pai Gow
- Tai Sai
- Carribean Stud
- Money Wheel
However, you cannot use Bonus Play Chips to play Rapid Roulette or Poker at SKYCITY Auckland Casino.
Merchandise
To turn your gaming machine points into rewards, take your card to the main Action Station where a full rewards selection is available and an Action Host will assist you. You can pick from an exciting range of merchandise including alcohol, appliances, apparel, confectionery and much more.
SKYCITY products
Through the Action Station your Action points can be redeemed for a selection of SKYCITY products and services.
Restaurants and Bars
You can also choose to redeem your Action points at all of SKYCITY's bars and restaurants on food and drinks, or if you prefer, you can use a combination of points and money. Just hand your card to the cashier when you pay.
Carparking
Action Diamond, Platinum, Platinum VIP and Pacific enjoy free parking with every visit.
Action Red and Action Plus can park for up to 24 hours for only 500 Action points. Simply insert your card into the ticket slot, enter your 4-digit PIN and push the hash (#) button. Once your PIN has been verified you can collect your card and the barrier arm will rise. You need to insert your card into the ticket slot as you leave the car park to raise the barrier arm.
SKYCITY Hotel
Use your Action points to pay your hotel bill, or just part of it. Present your card on checkout to redeem this reward.
Sky Tower
Let Action points take you up the Sky Tower, or treat you at Tower retail, Sky Tower Kiosk or Sky Lounge. Just present your card at the ticketing counter. You cannot redeem Action points at Vertigo, Sky Pics or Sky Jump.
Note: Action points will expire if not redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date they were accumulated. You can earn points on purchases from roving waiting staff.
*Only Action Rewards points earned from 9am, 18 August 2009 from table games play can be used to redeem Bonus Play Chips. Action Rewards points earned prior to 9am, 18 August 2009 from table games play cannot be used.
