1. A minimum of five and maximum of ten Hen or Stag packages must be purchased per booking. Advance bookings are recommended and are subject to bar, spa and restaurant availability. Participants must be 20 years or over to redeem package.
2. A high standard of dress is required at all times, please refer to the dress standards of SKYCITY http://www.skycityauckland.co.nz/About-Us/Host-responsibility/Dress-Standards.html
3. Vouchers will be stamped for date of use, and must be used on the date that is stamped on the voucher (‘Package Date’).
4. The compilation of Hen/Stag packages cannot be varied without SKYCITY’s express consent i.e. additional vouchers cannot be added or vouchers subtracted or substituted.
5. Groups must be confirmed and paid in full at least 48 hours before the Package Date. Only one payment per group allowed. SKYCITY does not accept payment by cheque.
6. Cancellations and changes to bookings for a Hen/Stag Night Out package must be made 48 hours before the Package Date. No refunds will be made, in part or full, if a cancellation or change to the booking is made within 48 hours of the Package Date.
7. Receipts issued in relation to the purchase of a Hen/Stag package can be used to obtain SKYCITY’s standard parking discounts.
8. SKYCITY Action members cannot spend or earn Action Reward points on the purchase of a Hen/Stag package.
9. Hen/Stag vouchers and packages are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. SKYCITY is not responsible for lost or stolen Hen/Stag vouchers.
11. SKYCITY employees are not eligible to redeem the Bonus Play Chip and must comply with SKYCITY’s company policies in relation to the gaming floor when participating in any Hen/Stag packages.
12. SKYCITY reserves the right to refuse entry into the premises or a particular outlet to any person that is currently prohibited from entering the SKYCITY premises or that outlet, even if that person is the bearer of a Hen/Stag voucher.
13. SKYCITY reserves the right to change any of the items or prices included in the Hen/Stag packages or outlets involved in the Hen/Stag packages, or alter any of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
14. The purchase of a Hen/Stag package implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to observe any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the vouchers of any Hen/Stag packages purchased being made invalid.
15. Bonus Play Chips can only be redeemed and played at SKYCITY Casino Auckland. Bonus Play Chips are not negotiable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and/or Action Rewards points. Bonus Play Chips cannot be used to play Poker or Rapid Roulette.
