Online reservations can be made up until the time of your reservation, subject to availability. Once made, reservations may only be cancelled or changed by calling SKYCITY on 0800 759 2489 or (09) 363 6000.

For reservations of 9 people or more, when Orbit is closed or when reservation times are displayed as unavailable, please contact SKYCITY on 0800 759 2489 or at enquiries@skycity.co.nz

From time to time, Orbit may close unexpectedly due to high winds or other adverse weather conditions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to contact diners in advance should any such closure occur.

Only cakes made by SKYCITY are permitted in SKYCITY’s restaurants. If you would like a cake to be made, please contact  +64 9 363 6000 with the details at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.

Complimentary admission to the Sky Tower's Main Observation Level is available for Orbit diners 45 minutes prior to your reservation and/or upon completion of dining. The Sky Tower's Main Observation Level closes at 10.30pm from Sunday to Thursday and at 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday.
