A minimum spend of $30 per person applies for lunch and dinner.  A minimum spend of $25 per person is required for reservations for after 10.00pm for dessert, coffee and liqueurs only.

Reservations booked up until 7.15pm have a maximum dining time of two hours.  A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
