SkyCare Breaks

SkyCare

To provide a safer gaming experience, we have introduced SkyCare breaks at SkyCity Auckland Casino where customers are required to take:

  • a 30-minute continuous break after 5 hours of play;
  • a 6-hour continuous break after 10 hours of play;
  • a break until the next gaming week starts, after playing for a total of 36 hours from the beginning of a gaming week (gaming weeks start at 7am every Monday).

To see how SkyCare breaks operate see: Electronic Gaming Machines, Table Games and Automated Table Games.

Long stay rules apply: A customer may stay in the gaming areas for up to 12 hours within any 18-hour period, regardless or whether they are actively gaming.
