- What are the Christmas and New Year hours of the hotel restaurants?
Some of our restaurants will be closing over this period. Please visit the specific restaurant page via the 'Restaurants' tab above for opening hours, call our call centre team on 0800 SKYCITY or speak to hotel staff or concierge once you are at the hotel.
- What are the breakfast options available for hotel guests?
SKYCITY Grand Hotel
Gusto at the Grand offers two different breakfast options for SKYCITY Grand Hotel guests.
Gusto continental buffet breakfast, $32
Selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts and Italian specialties. This also includes your choice of bottomless espresso coffee or tea and fruit juice.
Gusto hot á la carte breakfast, $32
One item from Gusto’s hot breakfast menu and your choice of bottomless espresso coffee or tea and fruit juice.
Enjoy both Gusto continental buffet & Gusto hot á la carte breakfast for $39
Gusto opening hours:
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30am-11am
SKYCITY Hotel guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast at Andy's Burgers & Bar Monday-Friday, and Fortuna Buffet Saturday & Sunday.
$24.90 for buffet breakfast.
Monday-Friday (Andy's): 6.30am-10am
Saturday & Sunday (Fortuna): 6.30am-10am
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Guaranteed check-in time starts from 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
- Can I please have an early check in or late check out?
We would be more than happy to note an early check-in request against your booking; however as a request this is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed until arrival. To guarantee an early check-in you would be required to book the night prior to your arrival date.
We can offer you a late check-out on complimentary basis up to midday. However, a check-out after midday would be available at a surcharge of NZ$30.00 including GST per hour basis up to 3pm. After 3pm a full night's accommodation charge will be applicable.
- Does SKYCITY Hotel have a swimming pool?
SKYCITY Hotel does not have a swimming pool. SKYCITY Grand Hotel has a lap pool.
- Can I leave my bags in storage after check-out?
Yes, we can arrange baggage storage post check-out at the concierge’s desk without any charge. Please contact the concierge team after check-out.
