- What are the prices for the tickets?
Single entry: Adult $29.00, Child (6–14 years) $12.00, Children 5 years and under are free
Family: Two adults and two children (6–14 years) $65.00, each additional child (6–14 years) $9.00
Concession: Senior citizens (valid ID required) $23.00, Students (valid ID required) $20.00
- What are the opening hours?
May to October: Daily 9am–10pm (last tickets sold at 9.30pm)
November to April: Sunday to Thursday 8.30am–10.30pm (last tickets sold at 10pm) and Friday and Saturday 8.30am–11.30pm (last tickets sold at 11pm)
Please note: The Sky Tower may be closed from time to time due to adverse weather conditions.
- If we go to the Sky Cafe, are we required to pay the admission to the Sky Tower?
Yes, standard admission fees apply.
- Is the Sky Tower wheel chair accessible?
Yes, please enter the Sky Tower via P3 of the car park, head out the elevator doors and straight over the crossing.
- What is the age restriction to go up to the Sky Tower?
All children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult. An adult is classified as anyone over the age of 18 years.
- What does the Sky Tower lighting symbolise?
SKYCITY often lights the Sky Tower for charities or community initiatives that we support financially, or to mark national holidays, milestones or other celebrations.
Common colors for specific events include:
Pink – Mother’s Day or Breast Cancer Awareness month
Blue – SKYCITY Breakers, Blues rugby team or Blue September
Red and green – Christmas
Red and gold – Chinese New Year
Green – St Patrick's Day
Red– Red Cross, Vodafone Warriors, or ANZAC Day
