It is my pleasure to welcome you to SKYCITY Hotel. My name is Shaun Ryan and I am the Chief Concierge of SKYCITY Hotel.

  • Using the Concierge Service at SKYCITY Hotel is free. Our service comes included with your room rate.
  • The Concierge team at SKYCITY Hotel have two Les Clefs d’Or members. Les Clefs d’Or (translated as the Golden keys) is a professional association of hotel concierges, with approximately 4,000 members working in over 80 countries and 530 destinations, in literally every corner of the world.
  • The Concierge team will accommodate any request; so long as it is legal, moral or humanly possible (try as we might, but we can’t arrange those day trips to the moon – yet).
  • We can arrange more than just valet parking and baggage storage. The Concierge team are very adept at; arranging transfers, recommending things to see and do, making restaurant reservations, finding lost airline luggage, planning future travel itineraries, helping plan that special day (birthday, anniversary, or proposal), planning and hosting business meetings, fixing stuff, finding stuff, planning stuff, accepting generous tips (seriously), and the list goes on.
