If you are an existing Premier Rewards member, check if you have received an email with your temporary password to login.

If you don't have an email registered with your Premier Rewards account, you can do this by calling us on 09 363 6615 or visiting the Premier Rewards Station on-site at SkyCity. If you have a registered email address with SkyCity follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit the App Store or Google Play and download the 'SkyCity' app
  2. Open the SkyCity app and click on the myPremier logo on the navigation bar located at the bottom of the SkyCity app home screen.
  3. Follow the steps to Sign in to myPremier with your Premier Rewards account number and the temporary password received by an email.
  4. If you don't remember your myPremier login password, you can reset it by clicking on the 'Forgot your password' text below the 'Sign in' button and following the on-screen instructions.
