Challenging perceptions about vegan dining

On Thursday 1 November, The Sugar Club will mark World Vegan Day this year by expanding their vegan offering and turning plant-based for the day.

The Sugar Club has a distinguished 32-year history of challenging the culinary status quo, most notably through Peter Gordon’s innovation, earning him the global moniker ‘Godfather’ of fusion cuisine.

The decision to offer an exclusively plant-based menu for the day including matched vegan wines is an extension of our special history as a restaurant that pushes the boundaries. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the talented team, led by Josh Barlow, to challenge perceptions around vegan dining.

There will be a plant-based three-course set lunch for $59 available and the Chefs Spring menu that will go through a journey of seven delicious courses for $135.
