Booking and ticket information
The Box Office is located opposite the Theatre bar area by the window and opens 90 minutes prior to a performance for you to collect tickets. You can book tickets online or via the show promoter.
Accessibility
There are two wheelchair positions in row A, either side of the auditorium, accessed via Level 3 (flat-floor access, with lifts from all levels). Trained guide dogs are permitted — please purchase tickets at the end of a row to avoid disturbance to other patrons. If you require assistance, please make yourself known to the ushers.
Parking and transport
Parking is available under SkyCity Theatre with lifts going directly to the Theatre foyer; casual parking rates apply. For other parking options visit at.govt.nz. For public transport options, visit Auckland Transport or download the AT app. The best spot to catch a taxi is outside SkyCity Hotel and Casino.

Yes, if you have sufficient SHOW by SkyCity Points or a car parking credit accrued on your card. Your SHOW by SkyCity Rewards card can be swiped at the parking machines to exit. Please note, some car parking credits are required to be activated at a SHOW by SkyCity Rewards Kiosk before redemption.
