Kicking off American Express Restaurant Month, The Sugar Club celebrates its fifth birthday by bringing together five key people who have helped shape this distinguished restaurant over the years.

Host Peter Gordon reunites a fantastic selection of talented chefs from The Sugar Club’s past and present; Pip Wylie, Wellington’s original Sugar Club from 1987, Tom Hutchison of Capitol restaurant Wellington, but also ex Sugar Club London, The Sugar Club’s present head Chef Naga Sunkara and new executive chef Josh Barlow, formerly of The Grove.

Enjoy five courses, each inspired by the chef’s time at The Sugar Club - something they remember about the restaurant or something they wish they’d put on the menu, with each course paired with the perfect wine match.
