Welcome to A World in our Kitchen, where six courses will be created by six teams of The Sugar Club chefs, representing six nationalities.  Each will showcase a dish inspired by their home country, in a very special beverage matched dinner hosted by Peter Gordon at The Sugar Club. The Front of House team will also be working alongside their kitchen staff.

Celebrity chef Peter Gordon has grouped his brigade into regions to showcase the talent, diversity and unique cuisines of his team and take diners on a journey around the word, through the eyes of The Sugar Club chefs, all in one evening. 

The six course wine matched dinner will include dishes inspired by the cuisines of Korea, Fiji, China, Britain, New Zealand and India.
