* Cash bar service will be available once beverage package concludes, and will be shared bar service on our promenade space. Additional hours can be purchased for $12.00 per person, per hour.

** An accommodation voucher (room only) will be provided to the event organiser upon full payment and is valid until 30 March 2019, subject to availability and any black-out dates.

 - Bookings for less than 150 persons will not be confirmed prior to November 2018.

- R18 for the service of alcohol. Host Responsibility limits apply. Advance payment will be required unless credit is pre-authorised.
